Questions.
Everything the product promises, in one place.
Can I download it today?
Yes. Free, for Windows 10 and 11, on the download page.
Does it need the internet?
Only to install, to buy a plan, or if you switch on web search.
What leaves my machine?
The topic you searched for. Nothing else, and every request is logged.
Is Free a trial?
No. It does not expire, ask for an account, or stop working.
What does a paid plan buy?
Bigger models, on your own machine. Not a service, and no per-message charge.
Is Pro faster than Free?
No. Bigger, not faster: a larger model answers more slowly on the same hardware.
What does Ultra add over Pro?
Every theme and the live wallpapers. The flagship model is unfinished, so until it lands Ultra runs Pro’s models; members keep the price they joined at.
Can I use a paid plan today?
Not yet. Pro and Ultra models are not published. Free is unaffected.
What does my machine need?
Free: any 64 bit Windows 10 or 11 PC. Pro: a 6 GB graphics card and 16 GB of memory. Ultra: a 12 GB card and 32 GB. Details: Free, Pro, Ultra.
No graphics card?
Free runs on the processor. Pro’s models run there too, on six cores and 16 GB, more slowly. A card under 6 GB is treated as no card.
Under 8 GB of memory?
Every plan serves what Free serves. Memory is the limit, and no plan sells more of it.
Does it get in the way of games?
No. Sensing stops the moment a game starts, and the chat model unloads after a couple of minutes idle.
How much disk space?
About 16 GB for Free’s models, 15 GB more for Pro’s, 18 GB more for Ultra’s. Fetched once, inside the app.
Do I need an account?
Not for Free. Buying takes an account here, where the licence is delivered. The app itself never signs in.
Where is my licence?
On your account page. Paste it into the app once (Settings, Models, Enter licence); it is checked on your machine.
Moving up, do I lose anything?
No. Each plan contains the one below it, in the code.
How do I cancel? Refunds?
Any time, from your Stripe receipt; the plan runs to the end of the period. If it does not work as described on the hardware named here, say so and it is put right or refunded.
What is the launch offer?
Half off the first month of Pro or Ultra.
